In the unlikely event that you should need to return an ordered item, please notify us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery at the customer's expense. Returned items must be sent back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, with the original receipt. For fragile items please ensure that they are securely packaged, as we can not be responsible for damaged items. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will depend on the condition of the product.
If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and made to the original method of payment, usually within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
